Dani Babineau
Dani is the CEO of Redemption Rock - which, at the moment, means strategic planning, finance and human resources management, as well as helping out on a little bit of everything else.
She started out wanting to be an architect, got an architecture degree, then pivoted into entrepreneurship by way of a lot of beer festivals, a quarter-life crisis, and an MBA. She grew up around here (went to Wachusett) and is the reason we ended up in Worcester. She did put the architecture background to use designing and managing the build-out of our taproom though. Hobbies vary but sometimes include making stuff, baking stuff, and hanging out with her dog Shelby.

Greg Carlson
Greg is Redemption Rock's sole production employee, in charge of designing, brewing, cellaring, and packaging every beer we release. How's his back? We'd rather not say.
Greg is a graduate of the Siebel Institute of Brewing Technology's Advanced Brewing Theory Program (that is, he spent six weeks gallivanting around Chicago with brief interruptions to study PowerPoint slides and crush his exams), and was previously on the production team at Jack's Abby in Framingham.
In the rare moments he isn't at work, he can be found walking around a nearby hiking trail with his widdle puppy Shelby, falling asleep on the couch, and messing around on the internet.

Dan Carlson
Dan is Redemption Rock’s branding guru (tweets), documentarian (uses TikTok), and editor-in-chief (updates the website when he remembers to).
He cut his marketing teeth in the tech startup world for 10 years before launching the brewery, bringing a decade of craft beer fandom and a very spotty homebrew record to the company. When he’s not taking photos of beer to put on the internet, he’s likely behind the taproom bar, struggling mightily on a cheap golf course, or watching Netflix with his wife and two foxhounds.

Bronwyn Vogler
Bronwyn (Bron-win) hails from the great state of New Jersey and was Redemption Rock’s very first hire. Her momentous love of craft beer was fostered while living in the Pacific Northwest for over five years. Seattle is also where she gained her sales chops, a fierce caffeine addiction, and an adoration for mild winters.
As the brewery’s head of sales, Bronwyn is always on the move, crisscrossing the state to bring our friends and fans deliciously unpretentious craft beer. She attributes her professional wins to early mornings and the support of her patient wife and their infant daughter. Bronwyn is an avid rugby fan and enjoys light hikes in the woods with her dog.

Betsy Morgan
Elisabeth is one of Redemption Rock’s smiley taproom employees AND our social media content creator! After graduating from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, she once again, like most people with a love for the service industry, found herself back in it, and at one of the coolest spots in the city. She is a Taurus sun- Libra rising.
When Elisabeth isn’t working in the taproom, you can find her indulging her passion for good vegan food and drinks at fun new restaurants and bars, taking pictures of everyone and everything, spending time on trails and in the sun, loving all types of animals and plants, and hanging out with her super cool family, friends, and partner.

Ali Moser
Ali is Redemption’s full-time taproom member. Originally from Upstate NY, she attended the University of Tampa where she earned her bachelor’s in Applied Sociology and worked with several non-profit organizations. Ali’s craft beer journey started through her passion for travel, where sampling regional beers and finding the coolest, coziest taprooms were always on the agenda. Her favorite parts of working at Redemption are helping people discover their own love and appreciation for beer, and helping to cultivate a safe, warm and welcoming environment for people to gather and make new friends.
When not in the taproom Ali can be found hiking any and all nearby trails, playing disc golf, planning an adventure to somewhere new, tending to her plants and veggies, and hanging out with her partner John.

Dan Dufault
Dan is Redemption Rock's Assistant Brewer, and you can find him both in the taproom and brewhouse throughout the week.
Dan likes to spend his off-hours listening to music, playing board games, and hanging out with friends whenever possible. In the warmer months of the year, Dan can also be found on a local golf course or spending time on Cape Cod.

Charlotte Herndon
Meet Charlotte Herndon!
Charlotte is our Events Director as well as manager of all things Cafe! She plans our very robust event calendar and makes all of our syrups. You can find her behind the bar cracking jokes, melting sugar in her syrup cauldron, or mc-ing her favorite taproom events.
Charlotte has an educational background in Art History. Before her four year (and counting) beer career, she spent her time cataloguing items in archives and curating exhibitions. Truly an industry rat at heart, she found her love for hospitality while line-cooking to get through college. You can find her on her days off sending boulders at the local gym or working on her art portfolio.
