We’ll have a bunch of our deliciously crunchy popovers filled to the brim hearty fillings made with Redemption Rock’s own beer.

Filling options for the night are:

CORNED BEEF & CABBAGE filled Pops - Popovers loaded with slow roasted beef and cabbage that’s been brined to perfection.

IRISH VEGGIE STEW filled Pops- Popovers filled with a medley of chunky vegetables in a savory stout based gravy.

Plain popovers with a side of handcrafted maple butter also available.
