Off-Site: An American IPA, one of our rotating hoppy selections! Bursts with a classic aroma of citrus and pine, features a hint of resin and a touch of honey in the body, and finishes with a dry and pleasantly bitter finish.

The Birds: One of our most popular Spring seasonals. This double IPA brewed with Falconer’s Flight hops, pops with a complex hop aroma of tropical and citrus fruits, floral notes, and pine. Medium-bodied with a touch of honey notes and a slightly bitter finish.

Blackstone: Our Dry Irish Stout. Dark and roasty, yet smooth and dry. Full flavored but easy drinking. Named for Worcester’s bygone canal.

Edelstein: Our year-round hefeweizen, a traditional German wheat beer with an aroma of clove and citrus notes. Edelstein - German for 'gemstone' - has an added complement of citrus flavors due to a late addition of Perle, Opal, and Saphir hops.
